"Great muay thai gym. I was treated very well on my first day and was guided through what they offered and was introduced to three of the coaches there. They were helping me tweak my technique while performing moves on the bag and pads. They also showed me the correct way of doing certain moves and stayed to watch and see if I did it right or not instead of just walking away which I really appreciate. The music they play really gets you working it's not the type of music that you would hear at a planet fitness. It was also nearby and easy to commute to."

Very positive and safe environment in which to learn the art and science of Thai boxing and Brazilian Ju jitsu from a black belt right here in Merrick. Whether your looking for a place to learn how to defend yourself, lose weight , build confidence, or compete this is the place for it all. No egos , everyone has been super friendly and welcoming, and the fact that it’s very clean is a plus. They have a free trial AND no contracts unlike most places so if this is something your interested in or think you might be , but not sure about you can try that like I did and see if it’s for you without having to commit to anything.
