"I've been a member of (Freestyle fighting fitness) since 2009 and I can tell a drastic difference in my body and overall athletic ability. Going to a regular gym and working out on machines was not working for me. The classes give such a great body workout that even in the best shape you'll find muscles you never knew you had. Pros Classes: These are definitely not your mom's 1-2 step classes. These classes are 1 hour long classes that will leave you dripping sweat every time. They're high energy, fast and leave you feeling like you've put in work. Instructor: Instructor Julio is super awesome. Never boxed a day in your life, no worries. Instructor Julio is extremely helpful and patient in helping you learn the punching combinations and will push you to get the most of your workout. Cons: Nonexistent Overall: I loved my experience with (Freestyle fighting fitness) Gym and highly recommend it!"
