You get out of this what you put into it....at the bare minimum, it is the BEST workout around...AND if you want to learn how to develop some self-defense/fighting skills, there's an unlimited opportunity to do so!"

"It's hard to describe ourselves as "customers" or "clients" because it's very clear, from the moment you step into the school, that you're somewhere between student and family. My wife, 2 children, and I have trained there for nearly 5 years. We often drive by the school and remark how an entire world lies behind those small doors in a strip mall. Our instructors are kind, but also challenge us. The focus is more on learning techniques and abilities, and in that context getting a great workout. Other places (at least that I've seen) have great workouts, but without any practical application. Ultimately this school operates with a deep philosophy of caring, challenge, and desire to genuinely improve the students. We're lucky to be part of this community."
