"They lost my reservation that I had made earlier in the week, so after the multiple trains + bus commute my party was turned away. I asked for a make good for a future date since they could not accommodate us due to their error. They refused saying when they mess up people’s reservations it evens out for them because other people don’t show up for their reservations. It was a terrible and defensive experience. The business is unorganized and in my experience did not have accountability or care for their customers. If you make an appointment, be ready to risk them not honoring it and on popular times leaving without batting."
