"I change Insurances frequently so when I first changed to someone else, years ago, it took Anderson months to reimburse me. I thought this was an honest mistake. They said they never received the cancellation papers. Over the years I went back to them because of better rates. This past time when I went with another company the exact same thing happened. Supposedly they "didn't receive the proper paperwork" to cancel and refund me. I doubt that 2 nationally known insurance companies made the EXACT same mistake with this one small broker. Also, the first reason why I left Anderson years ago was because they were making it more difficult to get a deal with a company than it was to just go straight to the company."
