"The Valdez Institute of Self Defense is the best place for those with the interest of martial arts, but especially those who are committed to growing their self esteem with martial arts or/and fitness goals. From my personal experience, I can say from starting with the school during the pandemic virtually and attending classes up until now in person, the motivation the Valdez teachers gave me has always been beyond my expectation as a student. My plan for enrollment was to have an interim hobby during the pandemic, but I love it so much I decided to continue. The teachers are incredible with their love,passion, and patience in providing amazing everyday instruction. I have not only been dedicated to reaching my goal and to continue attending the school while gaining some more knowledge and strength everyday, but I am also in the process of enrolling my kids as well so they are able to experience the same as I am now because from what I see how they also teach the kids in the school, I wouldn’t want to have my kids or myself go anywhere else, but The Valdez Institute of Self Defense.
