"I recently began training at Rebel's Smithtown location. This facility is exactly what a school should be. It is clean. It is large. It is well equipped, but most importantly , it is staffed by knowledgeable and attentive teachers. Teachers (plural). You will have a head coach teaching the whole class, and you will have at least two assistant coaches moving around watching, and helping... teaching...in a friendly and helpful manner. This is the best setting I have ever personally come across. If you want a hard workout and learn a practical skill.... Come to Rebel."

"As soon as I pulled up and saw the dude at the counter I wanted to leave. I gave it the benefit of the doubt. Went in and still was just a gross experience. I wasn't told that I had to pay for the first class. I signed up for the trial but won't even complete it. Context, I have over 10 years of martial arts experience. Trained overseas and went to Thailand for a month. I did my due diligence in research and came back to the island looking for a spot to train. 55 minutes. But 15 minutes is actually conditioning busy work, but as a former trainer it was legit just a time burner. No 1:1. Laziness and poor attitude. I never write poor reviews. Just disgusted from the interaction. The woman who takes pictures was cool and helpful. I connected with one member. I wasted my time which I hate more than wasting money. Maybe it's just not my vibe. But I have been to so many schools prior, this was the grossest experience I've ever had."

"5 stars, easily, no questions; and if I could give more I would. I was extremely nervous to join as I have been removed from any type of Martial Arts for a very very long time. Muay Thai was a completely new world to me. Let me tell you though, since day 1, I was greeted by every coach in the room, open arms, huge smiles. If you are a person who suffers from anxiety, or are afraid of new environments trust me when I tell you this gym will make you feel welcome. The classes focus not only on the offense, but the defense, and the coaches really bring it 360 with applicability to real life situations, mental and physical. All while being able to individually review the students in the class and make necessary adjustments in real time so you really understand the lesson. There is a reason they have such high reviews, and they are well deserved. Looking forward to my new adventure in Muay Thai!"
