"This is the best gym that I have ever been too. The equipment is amazing however it is the staff that keeps me coming back every day. They truly go above and beyond to encourage and educate every member."

"Great variety of equipment, especially weights, they have a lot of hoist machines and some more plate loaded stuff in the back. Staff extremely nice and helpful Only complaints are that a lot of the equipment is old and not properly cared for, the scale in the men’s bathroom was broken, and the dumbbells were not organized"

"During my initial visit to this location, I experienced a theft incident while working out. On the same day I signed up, my wallet, toiletry bag, and other items were stolen from my locker. Despite using a padlock, it was cut open, and my belongings were taken. Shockingly, I discovered my backpack and brand new coat in the toilet cubicle. While the management was polite, this unfortunate incident has left me with the decision to never return."

"Great no frills gym with sauna and stretching area. Bill has been helpful in starting a membership with NYSC."

"I visited this location and left disappointed. Although the staff was VERY nice the gym itself was not. There are very little windows, some machines were out of order (stair master, rowing machine), treadmills did not quickly change to the speed desired, mirrors near the stretching areas don’t go all the way down to the floor and there is no spin room. And finally, the locker room looked dirty and outdated (Wallpaper falling off, holes in the wall) it needs to be renovated ASAP."
