"The gym floor is always dirty and never swept. For a renovated gymnasium, you would hope that they would take care to clean literal gum off the floor in between sessions and during game days for basketball and volleyball sports. Sad that there is no one who ardently takes care of it."

The NYS health department sends out the wrong address in the appointment confirmation email and the wrong driving directions, which causes confusion and delay.
