"Worst Karate. They will change your account and have a reputation of doing it. We begged for them to refund over $2k of fees which were charged while the dojo was closed. They are not helpful. Also they don't do Martial arts or karate. They don't allow Parent's to watch because they have kids play dodge ball while the young trainer's chat just watch the kids. We are putting together a petition with all the families who have had bad feedback with this particular location."

"As others have stated , to cancel is a nightmare. Took my son out of here because he kept changing belts but did not learn much. Go somewhere else . Adding to the original post, I did not want to give much detail but since the owner decided to reply and call me a liar , I need to go into further details, they charged FOUR times after we cancelled, not one or two FOUR , I disputed two charges and they credited one, this whole ordeal took 3 months to get resolved, they kept one charge since apparently not enough notice was given. The “instructor” was extremely rude and condescending, he did not want to resolve the issue and just passed along to a third party billing company , long story short we cancelled in October and not until February the account was closed . The issue was not only the money it was how they handled the issue and how rude they were. They never requested any “proof” they are coming with excuses now, people in the community have had similar issues so they have a bad track record of charging despite cancelling. Buyer beware. As a dojo they don’t teach well , kids don’t learn ANYTHING."
