I have been practicing many styles of yoga for 20 years, to help with back pain, posture, focus, balance, determination…etc. This is one of the best studios (teachers and instructors) I have encountered. "Dropped in for a 630 Am class as we were staying with relatives overnight for a flight out of Westchester. I booked online and the drop in was $27 (a little steep but I get it, I run a yoga studio back in Mississippi) We arrived and my girlfriend paid her drop in at the desk and they only charged her $23. Hey that would be nice to know beforehand! The class was your typical Bikram 90 minute class. The instructor followed her script. All that ridiculous “lock your knees” cuing, but it is what it is. I enjoy a good heated practice. When we left and were trying to return our loaner mats the lady behind the desk was a little rude about my needing to hang them back in the practice room. Maybe that is just that New York way. Not like we just paid your studio almost $60 for two people to take a class or anything. Oh and a guy in the locker room after class asked me how long it would take for the practice to start working-like I’m the poster child for the practice. I told him I’ve heard he should come for 14 days in a row. Management can contact me for an address to send my commission check anytime. Namaste"
