"If I could give LESS than 1 star I would. The google review 2.2 stars doesn’t surprise me at all. The worst health insurance company I have never dealt with. From customer service, wait times, to standard approval authorization for X-rays and MRI needing peer to peer consultations. They also mailed my husband the wrong patient info, violating HIPA laws. Absolutely ridiculous. Can’t say WORST Health Insurance company enough. Bad experience after bad experience. If you have a choice in health’s Insurance DO NOT choose Univera!!"

"I have had multiple insurance companies in my career and Univera tops them all for coverage, copay is more than fair, a lot of my prescriptions are zero cost or less than $50.00 for a 30 day supply. The providers and specialists are vast. Absolutely no complaints whatsoever."

You are a joke of a company that needs to be put out of business. Obviously you don't care about anyone you provide insurance to. You are just sad. I wouldn't hire your corporate personnel to clean my plugged toilet because you are the cause of it being plugged I know you won't contact me because you only care about taking people's hard earned money.
