"Rude STAFF AND PRIVILEGED. Will NOT be sending my child there under ANY circumstances. Whomever answered my phone call between 2:30 and 3:00 pm needs to be FIRED. They are rude condescending and just outright not nice people. They ruined a Christmas gift from Grandparents because of greed selfishness and incompetence. You lost a great client."
