"APJ boxing has really good staff that are competent enough and dedicated to helping you achieve your goal. The atmosphere of the gym gives off an old school boxing gym vibe where it feels very much like humbled beginnings. The private lessons are very cardio based and the coaches will take time with you if you don't understand how to do something. Lastly, I would say is if you do try out the facility, bring a water bottle or two because they don't have a water fountain. But if you're ill equipped whether it be water or gloves, water can be purchased there and they have gloves to borrow. Highly encouraged to bring your own gear. Overall, great experience so far and couldn't ask for a better staff."

"This is a hidden gem in the Arlington area! The owner and all the trainers are so fantastic with my 10 year old son. He has become so determined to get stronger and it builds his confidence. They are there for all age groups. If you are looking for your children or teenagers to gain confidence and strength i highly recommend APJ Boxing!!!"
