After I posted a terrible review, but before they read my review, ACR came through with a more than suitable explanation and made certain I would not have any further lapses in meds prescribed. I have been clean a year! I jumped the gun running on fear. Ask for Ethan, she is the most dedicated and organized ."

"In my opinion ACR exists solely to serve itself. They will make endless lofty promises for they love cheap talk. Once they get their hooks into your Medicaid or other benefits you probably will never hear from them unless it’s to ensure they keep getting said benefits. The organization is so “management” top-heavy it’s ridiculous which is sad considering those wasted funds could actually help people. In my experience when you really need to communicate with someone at ACR you better prepare for a long wait; they love to hide behind voicemail and their all important never-ending “meetings”. Talk about a license to steal."

He made working there a pleasure. My co workers were awesome! I wish the pay had been higher because I would still be there but the program I was in is grant funded."
