"7 years ago, I brought a 6 year old to an introductory class. Master Scalise asked every child to sit with their legs crossed, and to sit completely still for 30 seconds. My child couldn't sit still for 2 seconds. He was wiggling all over the place, and he was having the same problem in school and it was doing a number on his schoolwork. After about 6 months of training at Scalise, I saw a significant difference in his self control and his schoolwork. And so did his teachers. He is now 12 years old, a Blackbelt in Tae Kwon Do, does wonderfully in school, plays music and sports, and has become a really Happy young man. To this day, every month or two, I thank Master Scalise and several of his long time teachers for helping put my son on a positive track.
