"This is the way customer service should be and all businesses, not just FPV or drone related, should take note. I had never visited or even heard of weBLEEDfpv as I am just getting into the whoop game more in depth and WBFPV was suggested as a site to visit for items I was looking for. I did and enjoyed the selections ( that are actually in stock) and prices. All was good until I had an unexpected technical issue during the checkout process that resulted in me either 1) contacting their customer support and waiting until Monday, or 2) checking for another site that may have what I need. I opted first to send their customer support a message about the issue and was surprised to get a message back from the owner Jeff on a weekend! He went completely out of his way and was able to address the technical issue, come up with an alternate solution and had my order processed, packaged and ready to ship...on a weekend!!! I had a ship notification on a Sunday even soon after our correspondence. My order did indeed go out Monday and I received it well packaged three days later on Wednesday...from New York to the Pacific Northwest!!! He even tossed in a couple of goodies for me for my troubles, even though HE was the one that had his weekend interrupted. The customer is obviously his priority and he has earned my respect and I will continue to be a customer because of this! Thank you for a great experience and job well done!"
