"My stay was terrible, it's a dog friendly hotel and the front desk Tina was extremely rude. Then we were accused of smoking pot in our room and was asked to leave almost Leaving us on the streets. The police were more professional then the two women that we dealt with. I have been working in customer service for over 20 yrs and if I had spoken to a customer the way we were spoken to I would have been out of a job. Not to mention we definitely felt profiled being the only African American man staying in the hotel."

"I felt very safe during my stay. My room and communal areas were clean and well attended to. It was great to see they even had staff picking up the parking lot during our stay! Pool was clean and breakfast had more options than I'd expected. Great experience at this location!"

"Great place to stay if you find yourself in the area. The hotel was clean, the beds comfortable, and the staff is incredible. The lobby area was comfortable and welcoming, and the provided breakfast was almost on par with the pre-Covid spreads that most hotels have avoided going back to. It was great to have actual options for a hot breakfast, and not just bagels or cereal. Everyone from the manager and the front desk staff straight across the board to the cleaning staff, and even the maintenance guy, made us feel welcome and like we were regulars. Wendy the manager went above and beyond to ensure we had all of the assorted bits we needed ahead of our stay. The hotel is close to big box stores, but, more importantly, it's within walking distance of several locally-owned small businesses and eateries. We would definitely stay again if we have to be up that way."

"Hotel common areas and room was clean and inviting. Staff is friendly and courteous. Self-serve, complimentary breakfast has plenty of both hot and cold food items. The room was spacious, bed comfortable with multiple pillows, both firm and soft. Plenty of outlets for your electronic devices. AC/Heat unit worked very well and was not overly noisy. TV has plenty of channels. In-room coffee maker. Bathroom amenities were sufficient, water temp and pressure were excellent. I've never had a bad stay here or at any Hampton Inn and I'll stay here again next time I'm in the area."
