"I called at 4:05 PM a couple of times to schedule an appointment, and the answering machine answered. The mesage said that they were their hours Mon - Thursday from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM for phone calls. They should update either their machine message or hours on their website if they are not open until 4:30 PM."

"Just went in for my first appointment. Dr. Amy was very knowledgeable, and took time to address some matters beyond my presenting problem, which is a notable difference compared to regional "big box" derms who accept my current insurance and would otherwise tell me to make another appointment for something that can be done in less than 5 mins. Even if Dr. Amy were feeling rushed, I wouldn't know it. The same can be said for the practice itself. The space is inviting and comfortable, and all staff treated me promptly and warmly."

"I have been part of the practice for 3 years and identified as a high priority patient due to a stage three melanoma diagnosis. This past week I had an appointment at 10:15 and at 11:05, after no communication from the staff, I went up to secretarial staff and said I was leaving as my time is just as valuable as theirs. The staff was apologetic and I left. That afternoon I received a phone from an employee who was very apologetic and she made me a appointment for the following week in which I THOUGHT they were doing their best to make it right. The next day, Friday afternoon at 3:00 I received a voicemail from the same employee from the day before stating her name and title saying they were canceling my appointment and referring me somewhere else where I can be better served. Please note: their office phones turn off at 2:00 on Fridays so of course I couldn’t call back to discuss this. And anyone who goes to the dermatologist knows there is a 3-4 month wait to get in! So not only am I asked to not to return, they’ve canceled a medical appointment I need and will need to wait another 3-4 months to be seen.I am HIGHLY disappointed by their professionalism and arrogance, and will be sharing with all family, friends and on all reviews."
