"bad experience. made me wait 20 mins or more for an online order, spoke w 3 diff sales rep 2 of which ignored me completely, the only one who actually listened was the sol de janeiro rep. Then when finally attending me the manager rudely tells me im not even waiting where im supposed to (mind you another rep told me to wait there) to which i replied i was told to wait there and she rolls her eyes and points to a sign that says online pick ups, and i point her towards where i was originally that ALSO says online pick up here. so even the layout of the store is not clear. honestly you can tell 1. these ladies are over worked and underpaid 2. they do not like their job AT ALL 3. they do not care about customers. I place online pick ups at this store regularly just to avoid their attitude but even that isnt working, clearly. Nobody is expecting a jolly attitude but if customer service is not something you enjoy you should def look at other options for a job."

"I had a bad day at Sephora I went with my friend and the workers kept on following us the whole time acting like we were going to steal something, I was looking at the hour glass section and they thought I stole something ? , mind you I was just looking at the Product and the workers were so rude because they kept on following me and my friend with a attitude and when me and my friend walked out they said “ we going to check the cameras “ but I didn’t steal anything ? I don’t like being accuse of something I didn't do that’s why I’m leaving this review because this Sephora is so unprofessional and need to get their actions together."
