"They always do a thorough job with my manicures and pedicures. The only negative is that they charge an extra $2 (pedi or mani) or $3 (combo) if you select OPI Inifinity Shine as a nail Polish brand. They work quickly. I have never had to wait more than 15 minutes to get serviced, and all my visits have been walk ins."

Sculpted manicure but she wouldn't do it because they break easily. instead of communicating that she just started doing regular dip powder acrylic so I had to ask several times why I wasn’t receiving the service that I booked then when it came time for the length, she asked me at the same time if she cuts one of the nails, how long did I want the nail? I typically like my nails very long, so I just had to deal with a shorter length because she already cut it before she finished asking. When you do chrome nails you typically start with polish to get the shape first and then you go in with the blunt eyeshadow tool to rub in the chrome pigment. She did the French shape with the blunt eyeshadow tool and she’s complaining that it was difficult the whole time. Then a regular of theirs comes in and ask for a very basic pink nail polish color and she starts on her nails when none of my gems, or anything had been added. when I mentioned For a fourth time that I want it gems on my now she quickly got up out of her seat from the other woman said she didnt know I wanted gems & did my gems in about three minutes for both hands. finished with me and continue to do her other client so overall just extremely sloppy job and not worth 96 Dollars. She should have fished my mails before she moved on the other person is nails took 5 min. VERY DISAPPOINTED UPDATE my nail broke off about ten mins after the appointment and they took their time and carefully redid my entire set I'm a lot happier. Last photo is new set. They didn’t last a week."
