"I feel pity on Michael . Michael have beautiful salon and work hard. His workers .. quang and his wife .. are abusive. Beyond unprofessional. They do really bad job. They cause problems just to control a situation to feel powerful. I feel Pity for Michael because he doesn’t have better help for a beautiful salon. He is stuck with quang and his wife. Quang is so rude . He hurts u when does the work. Has snot dripping from his nose. Has a long hard nail he uses to whipe off access materials because he’s sloppy. He is lazy and dirty . Be careful when you get him. He does such a bad job and causes problems when u try to communicate it. Beware. His wife talks so loud she yells and does bare minimum job and expects a big buck. Michael sorry you can’t find better help. Quang needs a surprise visit from the better business bureau and will get a lot of warnings if he treats a surprise guest the way he does with most girls that come. Him and his wife need a serious reality check and new career path. They don’t like doing nails. They take out their anger on their customers: quang so bad worst worker"

"This place has multiple things to be unhappy about. Beware! No sterilizing of any kind. They charge $5 to use a credit card, no matter how much your service is, even $15. ILLEGAL. Then claim it’s the “credit card company” No it’s not, they charge like 4%, it’s you. Asked the owner why charge $5 that’s too much, no other place charges that much, 4% I understand no problem, but seriously $5. Owner gave me dirty look, starts throwing papers. Oh no sir. Absolutely rudest interaction why? bc I hit You with some truth. Come on. They do nails ok at best, my gel manicure has bubbles everywhere, never ever going back. It’s slightly cheaper than other places around town, but don’t use a credit card. Also won’t be surprised if anyone catches a fungus in there. No cleaning or disinfectant products anywhere in sight. 1 star. Nail patron, you’ve been warned."

"Wowwww soooo impressed I’m a queens girl so finding someone out here has been so hard! I’m so happy and thrilled with Michelle she did my nails so perfect they look like from a magazine !! She is a wonderful friendly sweet girl and the place is clean and beautiful !so happy thank you so much ! I was taken on time didn’t have to wait at all and they accommodated me on my time I called and there is never a problem so awesome!"
