"I had a great pedicure here, but am hesitant to leave a glowing review. I decided to try a gel powered manicure, I usually just do regular gel. One of the nails chipped the next day, which I was a little upset about being that it was a 50 dollar job and is supposed to last longer. I called a few days later (it was a holiday weekend) and they were so nice about it and told me to come in to get it fixed. That being said, the end result was pretty terrible. The color does not match and it looks way too thick. I can feel the difference in the thickness and it makes my finger feel tight. The women there are so so nice, but I am a little upset that the woman who fixed my nail would let me leave like this, when it clearly looks different"

"I decided to give this place a shot, it’s located in my office parking lot. I had a manicure and pedicure here. I typically use a different color for my nails and toes, but decided to use the same color this time. As the nail person was painting my nails I said I think the polish is old and I was assured that it was fine. As I was sitting under the dryer I noticed my naIls had bubbles all over them (hands and feet). I said something and it was dismissed. The polished never dried, it was clumpy and I had to remove the polish the next morning. I called the location and let them know that my nails looked so terrible, there was no shine, the polish was thick, bubbly and never dried. I was told they would take care of it. I was in the car headed for vacation and was unable have my nails redone right away. Today, during my lunch break I went back and asked for an appointment and asked if they remembered me and what happened last time and they said yes. I went back after work and had a regular mani/pedi and worker checked the polishes I chose to make sure they weren’t old. The manicure was not done well, nails looked like there was one coat of polish on parts of the nail and two on other parts. They were dull and filed into different shapes. The nail person did my nails and never gave me a bill and I assumed they were comping it. I asked for change and left a tip. I left and 10 minutes later I received a call saying they forgot to charge me. I said okay, I really believed there would be no charge, what were they going to do in regards to the worst manicure and pedicure ever. I received a call back saying they would take 20% off my bill. I definitely will not be returning. I was told I have to have someone else do my nails there. Twice is enough to have a subpar mani/medi."
