U Nail Spa

"This Monday Feb 12 I was at U Nail Spa. Sadly to share the worse custormer service ever!!!! I asked Bella to give me water to soak my nails and she, very angry, stood up and started talking in her language, and all the Asian Ladies started laughing. which I thought was super rude. Then I don't know what happened and they told me to move my chair so Any could assist me further; Which seemed rude to me because i was already been helped by Bella. To put the cherry on the cake!!!!! When I was going to pay I gave them my credit card and they told me to pay in cash and get money from the ATM. I asked why I couldn't pay with cc but they couldn't explain it. However they had the machine that accepted credit cards. So I ended up paying my bank $5.00 just because they didn't want to accept cash. If they do not accept cards, they must remove the option that says I can pay by card. On this last visit I did not like the service at all specially from Bella."

"My salon experience was HORRIBLE. Despite scheduling and pre-paying for two, we still waited about 10 minutes. After that, they soaked my nails for over 40 minutes while they prioritized cleaning. Eventually, I personally removed the powder and cleaned my nails. The service was unwelcoming and they suggested a quick gel manicure at the end. I ended up walking out with nothing. Overall, a disrespectful experience with appointment issues, poor quality, and the worst customer service I ever experienced. I would NOT recommend this place."

"I used to go all the way to Oceanside to get my nails done, so glad they opened this nail salon so close to my house. The ladies are all wonderful and kind. I have been going here sine they opened. My UV Gel with tips lasts almost a full month, even though I always promise to be back sooner. They are the BEST at shaping!!! My whole family, even the teen girl, switched over to UNail!"

"My sister and I came to this nail salon for a French manicure and acrylic nails. The staff was so incredibly welcoming and friendly. Both artists did an amazing job and we left extremely happy. I highly recommend this nail salon and we will be returning!"
