"So you cannot just book a facial without buying the products first? Their eye cream is amazing… but its 300 dollars. When she told me the price i almost run out of the door. She became super unfriendly as soon as she realized i was not gonna but anything… like i had wasted her time. Be aware. They are only friendly as long as you buy all their super expensive creams. I just wanted one facial … but they wont let you get an app until you spend 1000 on their products…. Shady"
