"Well…. I have been going here for a little over two years and the owner has been doing my eyebrows i love her work until today. When i walked in i didn’t see her and ask if she would be in today the lady working told me no, being two days away from valentines i said why not to get a clean up being that i work all day tomorrow! WELL WAS I WRONG !! She was super rude yelling at me and did my eyebrows horrible. I’m not going to lie i do move a lot because I’m not good with pain but i told her just like i did the owner my first day of this and she told me there was no problem. After being yelled at THE OWNER WALKED IN i was so upset i would’ve waited for her, the lady that did my eyebrow completely ruined them she made them super uneven that the owner had to step in and even them out making them super thin to have them grow out healthy, Thick and even like i had them before. I told the owner what had happened and she could care less. She just laughed it off and told me she’ll see me next time. I was paying with card she tried to overcharge me. Luckily, I saw it before she could fully swipe my card. She wasn’t even going to mention to me the extra charge I ended up Zelle them and left. But I can promise you, I will never be going back! Please save your money and don’t come here. Customer service should be number one unfortunately, that’s not the case in this location."
