"It is 5 stars depending on who you go to! I’ve had bad experiences with my first pedicure and manicure but Andy was very helpful and assured I was satisfied when I left. Diane is great! You won’t catch me with anyone else but her and I am always satisfied with her because she is a perfectionist and takes her time with you. Thank you for your service. "I have been coming to Elegance since 2005 and I am extremely satisfied with their services. The staff here are very warm, welcoming and very professional at all times. They always make you feel welcomed and at home. They pride themselves in cleanliness. I have had many manicures, spa pedicures, massages and can only praise their work. Andy, Cindy, Sunny, Julia and Diane are great! I can honestly say that I always leave extremely satisfied and rate them a 10+!"
"Love Elegance Nail Salon. Staff is always professional and willing to please their customers. All the technician's work very hard and they are very pleasant. I've been getting my manicure and pedicure here for over 8 years and I have always experienced excellent customer service. Sometimes I choose a color that I really don't like after they are done and if I'm not satisfied, Andy has always states come back and I'll change your color. I don't bother because I chose the color not the staff. The staff is always cleaning making sure all equipment is sanitize. I have never had an issue with the place being dirty or smelling the fumes from that I've experienced in other nail salons. Products are top of the line, nothing cheap being used here."
