"This location was recommended by my family, and it did not let me down! I walked in to make an appointment before I picked up my niece from school, and they were happy to accommodate me as soon as I came back. When I came back, they seated me immediately and sat my niece back to me. I was pleased with my pedicure and experience!"
"What I asked vs what I got. The perfect example of this. I’m not used to going places to get them done but yesterday I felt like it. TERRIBLE MISTAKE. The guy didn’t even know what he was doing, repeated each nail like 4 times trying to get the “right” design. I wasn’t paying much attention because they’re always so busy that I thought he knew what he was doing. Along with that, the colors weren’t even the right ones. It took him two hours to do this and I was already rushing to leave. The beginning price was $109 which is insanely high for what the service ended up being. After that, they automatically charge a $15 tip for the person that took care of you. Who is my case had no idea what he was doing. On top of that, they charge $10 to use cards due to atm problems and do not have a sign that says cash preferably or cash only. I ended up paying $135 for a set I was not satisfied with and was not even close to what I asked. I didn’t have the time to wait longer and wanted to give it a chance today (the next day) I called to speak to the manager to see what can be solved in my case and a guy picked up claiming there was no manager today. I decided to stop by to get it solved right away, but the service was declined, and claimed I needed to pay again. Customer service skills and clarity on the business are lacking in this workplace and I do this so it does not happen to somebody else. He did a great job on the nail, but the designs and response to make the client happy ruined a great job."
"I’m not one to share my experience or write reviews online but this one is a must. The service I got was a manicure and pedicure. I got a white pedicure and I without noticing they only did one layer of white. If you’ve had white nails before you know it tends to need 2 or 3. They didn’t clean the edges of my pedicure which made it look worse. I relaxed, tried to assume it was just a bad experience but then we moved on to my manicure. I showed them a picture and they insisted that I had gel done. I explained I don’t like gel due to previous experiences. They moved on to doing my manicure but you could just notice how annoyed they were. None of my edges were cleaned, they didn’t ask me to stand up to rinse my hand or to cut my nails (I had to request it). One hour later, I have two nails chipping off and a disgusting pedicure and manicure which I’ll take off tomorrow. $50 lost and not to mention they wanted to chard me $10+ for a simple mini heart on a finger."
