"They do an ok job. Do NOT come here if you are in a time crunch and have to be somewhere in two/three hours for example. You will be LATE. Only three-4 older lady’s do nails and they take FOREVERRRRR. Someone who didn’t do nails, took my poly gel overlay off and I still had to wait a hour for anyone to start my nails. I came in at 12:35pm and left out at 3:05pm. That’s ridiculously too long for an only okay job. Not worth it and so are the prices. Won’t be back my nails look like veneers. I could’ve went to my nail salon in Jamaica Queens, drove to u&me nails and still would’ve been finished before my set of nails I got today. Mind you all I got was French tip which does take longer but they are still really slow."

"They do a great job on nails, but the wait almost makes it not worth it. Every time I go, I end up spending 2+ hours or more for just SNS french with a soak. That's it. This last time I spent 3 hours. They're great but accept everyone so you end up waiting forever."

"Great job for regular nails 10/10 but terrible for pedicures, they use soft soap hand soap for pedicures… don’t take their time with cuticles, asked for a spa pedicure didn’t get everything included in it. Worst $60 dollars spent."

"I had Helen do my fill in (initial acrylic was done elsewhere). I came in with a design in mind and she did a great job with it and stayed passed closing to finish my nails without complaint. I really appreciate the upfront prices, talent & accommodating nail techs here. Edit: Retention in 1 month is healthy :)"
