"I went to this salon a total of two times. Each time fell short for me. The second time was my last straw. I contacted the owner Estefania for an 8am appointment and she informed me that it would be a $20 deposit. I paid the deposit and on the day of I arrive to the salon and the lights are off. I text the owner and she responds back two hours later saying she's in traffic. I was told to come in for 11, I get there and the pedicurist does a great job. She asked me to pay her separately on zelle and I did. The nail tech for my tips was unaware I was arriving and was confused as to who put me on her schedule. I waited hours for her to do my nails. Finally she finished my nails at 5pm... I paid her and asked her about the deposit I paid.She told me" i paid money to make the appointment and that next time I should walk in to make an appointment and that it doesn't go to the service. I politely messaged the owner and she said she would refund me. I wait days and then followed up providing the receipts of my services. Then the owner leave my message on seen and still has not refunded me the money. I will not waste my time here again. I advise that others don't as well."
