"Injected Botox at this store with a male NP, and the experience was very unpleasant. Maybe my expectations for a facial treatment was high based on prior experiences, but I got a very cold welcome, no asking about my health conditions or other informations, no smiles or any explanations. The nurse just asked me which areas I wanted to do and he highly recommend 10-20 more units (I got a 20 unit one) saying the 20-unit one would not work. I got in the store at 12:30 and I left the store at 12:46 - yes, the total time is 16 mins including check-in, selling more units, pay, and the injection. Imagine how rough the process was! I did Botox several times before, and this is the first time I bleed while they were doing it. I was anxious and asked about the bleeding, the nurse didn’t respond much and just said it’s normal. I know it should be a little painful, but when it’s too much and I ouched, he didn’t have any reaction to that. Only at the end after injections, he asked if I wanted to do fillers, and I said I did not like fillers on my face. Then he said he could use Botox instead of fillers. On where, I asked. He said it’s to make my upper lip bigger. Excuse me? Did I say that I wanted a bigger lip or that you thought my lip was too thin - is that the beauty standard we are promoting here? I’m not talking about political correctness, but I really never thought my lips needed to be fixed and he shocked me. Usually, doctors and the store would both tell me notes about how to take care of it afterwards. He only simply said that I can not do exercise or sleep on my face tonight after I proactively asked when I could wash my face. I paid for $283 in total for three parts on face, and I wish I didn’t choose this store. I think the store is named “factory” for reason - there is no humanity and warmth here. I doubt where other good reviews were from."
