"I went and saw Jacklyn and Danielle at the Hauppauge location and they are absolutely wonderful. The customer service is top notch. I have been self conscious for years with hormonal hair growth on my face and they made me feel so comfortable I completely my 9 sessions and have literally like 5 hairs left on my face plan on getting a touch up to get rid of the last few hairs I highly recommended this place. They are super clean, highly professional and friendly."

"BEWARE. I am HORRIFIED by this place. I received laser hair removal at the end of November. I had a horrible reaction…What they call a histamine intolerance and folliculitis the next day, which has lasted the past month. I called multiple times telling them I do not want to continue with my BOGO and I will just pay for the first service as my skin clearly cannot handle the service. I still have slight left swelling on my lip and some markings on my chin. I went to a doctor who said there is no way to determine what your reaction will be moving forward. I had several nurses including my own call me to provide guidance and support but also to ultimately lure me back in. I chose not to and contacted Ashley the “clinical manager “ after emailing her and getting no response about not wanting to move forward and just pay for my first session since we spoke about the possibility of that the week prior. This is where it gets ugly. She tells me no refunds and I can finish the package or switch to laser on another part of body. I said no and why could I not just pay for the first session which she alluded to when we spoke last week on the phone. Ashley, of course denied that. She then started to try to diminish my credibility as a client by telling me I was non compliant with the nurses recommendations, which is untrue. I picked up the hibiclens as soon as the pdf a nurse sent me was accessible to me, as initially it wasn’t. When my nurse called I hadn’t picked it up yet (it was the next day) and I told her I would pick it up after our call. Which I DID. So taking that one remark and twisting it to make it seem like I was non-compliant is laughable. Then she tells me “just take a Claritin and come in and finish the treatment, it’s not a big deal”. I have been walking around with my face swollen. Marked up and red for weeks?! NOT a big deal ?! It’s my face. I again asked “why cant I just pay for my one session”. My skin is clearly not a candidate for this laser treatment. Why would a place who prides themselves on quality care want to make me continue services on my skin if it clearly does not agree with my skin ! I am NOT asking for a refund of the first service but I just don’t want to continue and you still want me to pay ? The best part is this cancellation policy was NOT reviewed with me in office. Sneaky salesmanship. They only made sure to sell me on the BOGO and how payment plan would work in terms of how you pay them. That is it. It’s your due diligence to review a contract as a whole. I would have not signed for a package had I known that this was not refundable. I would’ve just have paid for one session My conversation with condescending Ashley did not go well. She compared me to all the other people who got laser and never had an issue. Good for them. I was very upset on the phone and did not keep my cool, my breaking point is when she said “it’s not a big deal”……..Take a look at my pictures. Tell me it’s not a big deal. These are from the first couple WEEKS. I wonder if the owner knows how this place is run ? They only want your money. They don’t actually care about your skin health, as long as your “hair free” right ?! Go anywhere else in Hauppauge. They will probably treat you better and not worry about making their month and tearing you down in the process. This was my first laser removal and I will never do it again. Here or anywhere else. But for those it works for. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE"
