"I went back to try to buy a product when it was around closing time and the girl inside just was avoiding eye contact and ignoring me. There was another person in there I don’t see why she couldn’t open the door and check out the one item I was gonna buy. So rude!"

Really represented the sally beauty brand so professionally and made me want to keep coming back vs going to other stores for my hair care supplies. Thanks for all you did to help me Areali!"

"Absolutely horrible customer service. They didn't understand what my simple request was and they kept rushing my poor mother, who was there instead of me, out the door. They repeatedly did this and caused my mother to get nervous and anxious since she didn't know what to do. I had to stay on the line with my mother to calm her down and help communicate what we needed and the whole time the sales person kept answering both me and my mother rudely and pretended to not understand what i meant. I knew she was pretending because she thought i said orange when i had said blonde. Both words are no where near sounding similar and kept interrupting. I wouldn't recommend this store to anyone. You're better off traveling a couple extra miles to a different location."
