"Great salon, never a bad color job or blowout here! Ask for my girl Nina ;)"
"The washing was a nice experience, and the lady who cut my hair screwed me up. She was a very nice lady, we had a conversation about hair and what I wanted. That's the part she screwed up on, she cuts the back of my hair straight, as in a straight line. No texture, no layers, nothing. For a haircut, I would never come back again"
"Inexperienced, rude, unprofessional staff. Not mentioning the name but the lady who cut my hair simply did not understand what I am asking for when I repeatedly said “I want to texturize the ends of my hair” not cut off chunks of it with amateurish strokes. What made matters worse was her inability to keep her composure and just taking out her frustration on my hair. She called her manager and started complaining about me whereas it should have been the other way round!! The lesson I took away from this awful experience is that just cause a salon looks fancy doesn’t mean it is good. I am never coming back here again."
"I came in on a Groupon. The salon was very clean everyone was very nice. They had a lot of hair products, I bought one. My only complaint, which is a big one, is that my hair stylist (Nina, who was so nice) didn’t take my direction very well. I asked her for a “micro trim, a dusting”. Very specific. She ended up giving me a regular trim. This isn’t good if you’re tying to grow your hair. I also asked her to blow my hair straight, she did a fluffy blowout. I feel bad mentioning her name, but hopefully she will read and listen more carefully to the client. Because of this, I wouldn’t come back :/"
"I have always loved this place and Cassandra is gifted. I love my hair color and all I did was show her a general picture and told her I want dimension. Even I wasn't a hundred percent sure what exactly i wanted. But I got is BEAUTIFUL."
