"I went there for my birthday and solely did a pedicure. I didn’t do a manicure because of how my pedi was done. I’m not someone to make a show or complain but let’s say I paid $46 for someone that same night to ask me if I did my nails myself (not a compliment). Maybe I had a new nail tech that was learning or it was an off day but then but I will not recommend. I will stick to the nail salons closer to the train. Sorry :/"

"I wish I could give this place zero stars. Goes to show you can’t trust the positive reviews. Makes me wonder. I went in there with the hope of leaving with beautiful nails. I hadn’t done my nails since the pandemic. I finally decided to get them done. I couldn’t go to my normal lady bc she’s too far from me now. I asked them for the most natural looking nail. I showed them several photos. They supposedly gave me the most experienced woman in there and she had no clue what she was doing. I’ve been doing my nails for over 20 years I know what to expect. They ended up using a gel powder but guess what in order for me to fill them I have to completely remove them now. I told them I didn’t want this. The shape of the nails are nothing like the photos, they were lumpy and wide, I had to ask several times for them to fix them. Even after all that they still look bad. Then I saw the nails of the women who were coming in most were elderly women. I should have known better than to have gotten my nails done there. Most of the women had nails that looked like shovels. I’m not into that look. I like the natural look and have always gotten that. When I asked them to please fix them they weren’t friendly or quiet anymore. They began yelling in their language and made me so uncomfortable. The woman became rough and I left with cuts all around my nail bed on three of my fingers. The base of my nails have a big hill (lump) then an indentation towards the middle. They’re so uneven. They’re also now starting to fall apart. My hair gets stuck in them bc the gel is lifting off the nail. They didn’t offer a discount or anything. They made me feel like I was in the wrong bc I was unhappy I left with the nails I didn’t want bc they weren’t experienced enough to do it. Either way I could have gotten over it but it’s been 2 weeks and I’m still fuming bc of the way they acted and treated me. A complete waste of money I have to get a brand new set now I will never ever go there again. Going back to my European nail salon it’s a drive but at least I get quality work and professionalism."
