She answered my questions candidly and reassured me about the whole process ( if your familiar with tattoo needles then the experience shouldn’t be so intimidating in my opinion). "I enjoyed coming there, because the customer service is great. Marcia is very attentive at the results, and the results are amazing, I love coming there. I’ve spent over $8000 on fat removal injections before I came to royal med spa, and there was very small results. However, from the first body contouring session at Royal Med Spa I started seeing great results. It’s my favorite time of the week when I come there, and Marcia is very good at what she does. "Amazing experience from start to finish. The staff is very pleasant and welcoming. My mom and I had a consultation with Marcia (esthetician) and where she asked our needs, then recommended the services that we would need. My mom had a brightening facial, which included a extractions and deep cleansing with Andrea (esthetician). Shea was knowledgeable, friendly and humorous ( I could hear the laughter from both her and my mom from the other room). Afterwards, she met with Doctor (whose name I cannot remember at this time) who recommended and performed thread lift to treat her under eye bags. We saw immediate results afterwards and it has been improving drastically since. Looking forward to seeing what it looks like in 2 weeks. For myself, Marcia recommended and performed Dermafrac. This service came with a great facial. She made me feel comfortable and answered all questions during and after treatment. She explained what she was doing and the purpose for it.
