"Listen guys avoid wasting your time with this understaffed & underfunded school. This school started well & professional & whatnot. But unfortunately when it comes to accommodations/proper communication it doesn’t exist in this school. Some staff is ridiculously hard to reach out to/barely get back. They don’t organize properly with the graduation/scheduling. They postpone my graduation 3 TIMES. And all of sudden they start being strict on some stuff & taking too much time for a simple exam, an exam. Ms. Joyner can be rude at times but who’s much ruder & unprofessional is my advisor MS JACKSON (Avoid her)she raised her voice & talked to me like I was slow? I’m just trying to graduate & get rid of you guys, you guys don’t even apologize m/barely & point the fingers at me. I’m still reporting this unprofessional school. I’m that close to get my certificate but yet you guys make it impossible. You don’t accommodate/understand ridiculous. FYI: If you fail the exam (Hospitality major) it’s optional to redo the exam but out of pocket & basically you’re automatically not a student with them, they dump you like you’re a nobody(seems/feels like it) & I thought this school was FREE OF CHARGE & OFFERS COUNTLESS RESOURCES ???"
"I was excited to start a new career path and thought I’d have hope with this program. Unfortunately after the registration and orientation I reached out about taking the required tests and no response. However before orientation communication wasn’t quick but at least I received a response. This whole program is a government funded scam targeting low income individuals who are really trying to do better for themselves, meanwhile the staff isn’t as motivated and hold certificates hostage. SMH! If you want quality education and proof of graduating, I suggest finding another program that you’d want to invest your time and maybe your money for all its worth; just saying"
"Completed a med billing and coding course here last year, still haven’t received my certification. Every time I reached out they keep giving me the run around on when I’ll receive it. They also never helped me with an internship and it’s been very hard to find a job in that field."
"Im going for my GED. The instructors/staff is amazing. They work with you. They also have other programs. Osha.medical.etc."
"I attended BEOC several years ago. My experience there was phenomenal. The staff were amazing, kind and helpful. That were I got my GED and completed my training in Medical Assistant. I highly recommend this school. Work hard and be focus and you won't regret it. l promise you."
