Beautiful Brows 49 Hugh J. Grant Circle, The Bronx, NY 10462

"This place is very hit or miss. Sometimes my eyebrows will look beautiful and get threaded with little to no discomfort; other times it hurts and/or they make them too thin or uneven. Yesterday I specifically told the lady not to make them too thin and she replied "Yes". In the chair, I notice the process is going on a bit too long and she's hurting me, but I don't think too much of it since apparently she understood what I wanted. I look in my mirror later to see the most super skinny, barely visible brows that I have ever paid to have on my face. Now I will have to spend Christmas and my birthday in 2 weeks with these crazy thin eyebrows that will probably look invisible in pictures, and I will have to fully grow them out to get back to the shape I want. If you choose this place, be careful and make them repeat back to you what you want."

"I went here around Nov 15th to get my lashes done. I asked them how difficult it woukd be to take the glue and lashes off and was told I just needed oil and steam. That isn't true. It has been almost 3 weeks and thr glue is still stuck to my own lashes. I managed to take the lashes and glue off of one of my eyes and all of my own eyelashes are gone. The product they use to secure the lashes makes it glue stick on permanently to your lashes. Essentially destroying your own lashes. I have no eyelashes right now and I'm furious because they lied to me to get my business. I will never go back. I added photos. Please do not go here. Save your lashes. This is traumatizing to me and I want to help others."

"Jamila was an excellent eyebrows artist that use to work here but she stopped working here. Honestly what I can say if all my previous visits is that these ladies are extremely rude and are very impatient to do your eyebrows. It’s like a line of drug dealers desperately waiting for you to sit in their chair and not allowing you to choose the person you would feel more comfortable with."

"Came here only because my eyebrow lady at esthetics threading salon just a two minute walk away wasn’t available. This girl was so rough and rude and nearly took my upper lip out with how hot the wax wand was and she didn’t care cuz she did it again without blowing on it. I don’t know where they find these miserable people at. I told her to change my brows after I noticed something wrong and she started to say I was wrong so I told her to leave it because I didn’t trust her to not f*** them up Please go to esthetics nail salon on the cross Bronx expressway near the new circle pizzeria, Parbin who works there is so gentle and friendly and can actually do eyebrows nice and listens to people. I will definitely not be going back to this place as a back up I would much rather go somewhere else lol"

"They are so rough with your eyebrows. I could feel every hair being ripped off. I been threading my eyebrows for YEARS And it has never been as painful as they do here. She also took off way more than she should have. I naturally have thick eyebrows but after a few days you can see the hairs growing back from where she shouldn’t have taken hairs off. Go to the place next to marshalls. They are way more delicate and do a way better job and it lasts a couple weeks before growing back. Never again coming here."
