"I been coming here for a little over 2yrs now. This place is very clean and everyone is nice and welcoming. They always take me in quick. I do think they can work on the service they provide. I went in for a regular pedi this time and i was done in 12 minutes. I don't think the lady cleaned my feet well or scrubbed them at all. I didn't get at least a 2 min massage. I know its a reg pedi but i am spending $35 plus 20%tip so i just believe i should get a bettet service. She also did not paint my nails perfect. My heels are dry. They were not scrubbed. I really could've saved my money and did my feet myself. I just wanted to get pampered as all ppl do. I don't want to complain but hopefully they see this and work on the negatives."

"I love Zen Spa! I go there monthly for a massage and pedicure; they do not disappoint. The facility is incredibly clean and the staff are kind and welcoming. Pedicure tools are prepackaged and opened in front of you as the begin your session. Love Zen Spa!"

"It’s clean that’s why I like this salon, for manicure I think they do a good job especially if it’s gel manicure and previously made an appointment. Helen is the best in gel manicure! For pedicure unless you pay premium service you can get a decent one but the service of the pedicure don’t worth it, for what I pay I prefer do it myself, they cut their nails and file very little,I had to tell them twice to cut more and they left them the same. they don’t go deeper in cuticles and the heels even feel dryer."

"I went for my birthday. They treated me like a queen for a day. It's Affordable , clean , comfortable , smells good , staff is friendly and helpful. My nails look natural and fresh. there massage was very relaxing ."
