"Wrong pieces were in the box. The order went through on-line (mobile) pick up order as five signature spicy chicken pieces (two legs, one wing, one breast and one thigh). I picked up and brought home. There were three thighs and two legs. There were no chicken breast and wing, which are my and my spouse's favorite. Very disappointed."

"We went inside, after placing our order it took 30 minutes to get our food. Most of the food was barely warm, they forgot 2 items and another item was made completely wrong. The "managers" act like they don't care about the quality of service that is given to their customers. One of the managers was loudly announcing that they needed to take their break and that they had to go to the bathroom, the entire restaurant does not need to know about that. They are completely unprofessional, so I guess I really shouldn't be surprised about how awful the service is."
