"Great place. We see two of their drs and alway have prompt service. They spend as much time as we need answering questions and everything. Making appointments are simple. Utilizing the patient portal is key! Great communications! Highly recommend."
"Expect to wait over an hour after your appointment time every-time. Update- total wait time 2 hours. They try to excuse it with parents have questions. I’m sure they do. Doesn’t change that this has been happening for awhile and you guys do nothing to fix it like maybe not booking so many appointments a day. This exact same thing happened at our last appointment. We were the last ones and by the time we left even the receptionist had left & we weren’t able to make our follow up appointment on the way out. People work and change their schedules around appointments. Could you imagine if patients walked in TWO hours after their appointment time? We’d be charged for not showing and turned away."
"Would recommend wholeheartedly! My son was born in March; his circumcision was started but not completed in the hospital as the provider was concerned for hypospadias. Three pediatricians cleared him as NOT having this, but we were told we would have to wait until he was 6 mo. old to go under a general and have surgery to finish the circ. We had a consult around 4 mo. old with Dr. Young and our experience from then on until his surgery today has been absolutely wonderful. We are so thankful to have been in Dr. Young and Oishei’s hands today. Also his surgery schedulers are excellent, we had to reschedule the initial date and they were so helpful!"
"We were welcomed right away by the receptionist and shortly after saw the ultrasound technician. She was patient with my daughter and helped her overcome the fear she was having. We then saw Allyson Fried for our daughters urology issue. She was able to figure out the problem on our very first visit. She was patient and gentle with my child and thorough with her care. Highly recommend !"
"Honestly, Dr. Young was fine. Gave us his undivided attention and adequate time at the first appointment. But we scheduled a follow up appointment as advised almost a YEAR out. Went in for said appointment, and after waiting 40 minutes, told the receptionist (who was eating her snacks) that we could not wait any longer. And she asked us if we needed to reschedule. No apology. No, "let me see how much longer." So we advised we would not be rescheduling. We have been going to children's for multiple reasons for 12 months. Some departments have the best reception staff and team of doctors. I'm sad to say this department is not of them. Very unorganized. I will say, my son needed an ultrasound prior to the appointment so we could review changes with the doctor. We have been getting ultrasounds and x-rays also for a year. The receptionist I spoke with in the urology department after his ultrasound was complete was phenomenal."
