"During the COVID pandemic, I had a number of concerns regarding my one year old daughters health. I left 6 messages in one week and still received no call back until I finally got through to someone on Friday. My concerns (daughter has fevers and rashes) were totally ignored by the receptionist who kept repeating "no ones here today" On the phone. I demanded finally to speak to a Dr. and THEN low and behold there was ACTUALLY a doctor there!! Regardless of the pandemic, I was told to bring my daughter into the office. After expressing my concerns of both mine and my daughters asthma, and reasons why we have been isolated, Dr. Gallagher still insisted I make an appointment to bring her into the office. When I asked if she would be tested for COVID, if I actually made the dangerous decision to leave the house and both Drs (Dr Hangry as well) said they would NOT provide a COVID test because they don't have the supplies. Regardless of the government announcement that anyone and everyone is now eligible for a test. As well as the fact that they just told me a week prior the opposite info. In addition to the sad lack of compassion for children or their families that was evident, this office has extremely unprofessional staff who use profanity in front of children in the waiting room while loudly bickering about gossip etc. Bottom line....go elsewhere for good medical care for your child."
