"Colleen did my first ever Botox. I wasn’t happy with the “11” lines between my eyebrows and excessive smile lines under my eyes. She explained everything very well, was gentle with the injections, and told me to exactly what to expect in the 5-7 days it takes to start working. It’s been a week now and I’m very happy with the results! She was conservative but I definitely see a noticeable improvement to the areas that were bothering me. Highly recommend Colleen!"

"I went in clueless, knowing I wanted a lip flip but not knowing much about it. I had NP Kelsey and she was AMAZING! She is so personable, kind, and outgoing. She makes you feel comfortable and really makes sure you understand everything and what your options are. She is everything I could have asked for. The location itself if so nice, cleanly, and aesthetically pleasing. They make you feel comfortable, asking if they can hang your coat or get you something to drink. They make you feel like royalty. I cannot say enough nice things about them, I will recommend everyone to them!"

"I honestly wish I could rate this place more than 5 stars. This was an amazing experience. Between the immaculate, customer service, and a pain-free filler. I could not have asked for anything more. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted with a smile and such amazing customer service. I was then asked if I wanted something to drink. They even took my jacket for me and hung it up while I was getting my service done. As for Colleen… I’ve had a really bad year and coming to her and talking to her and her actually listening and showing such amazing kindness. I really wish she could even understand what she did for me today. I needed this experience and i will never go anywhere else i highly HIGHLY RECOMMEND Chapter Aesthetics In Tonawanda.
