Spa at Falling Waters

"Never had a problem with getting my nails done at the spa before. My feet turned out amazing. However, on my fingers, the nail polish came off as a whole piece less than an hour after getting home. Spent a good amount of money having my nails done, only to have them last an hour. Very disappointing."

"If you're looking any type of spa day I suggest you look elsewhere. I had a spa package where the massage was the only satisfactory part of the day. Mani and Pedi both did not last even 24 hours (done at about 1pm and by 10pm the polish was still tacky and never fully dried). I reached out privately to them and almost a month later still no response, or even an apology."

"Unfortunately, they do not give the option for a zero star. My daughter went here today to have her eyebrows and eyelashes tinted as she has prom coming up. She called me crying saying her eyebrows looked hideous and she called and they won’t let her come back in so they can fix them. She said they told her that they were going to credit the account back. She said that doesn’t help me I need them fixed. They told her they may be able to squeeze her in tomorrow for them to re do them. I called and spoke with a very rude employee that would not give me her name. I tried to explain to her the situation and she said it’s not their problem that my daughters eyebrows didn’t turn out and it was probably the product they used. I said well it is your problem if it’s your product and I said did you refund the whole amount on my account. She said we don’t refund and we don’t allow people to come back for issues. I asked to speak with a manager and she said yeah good luck with that. I asked if she could come back to the girl that did them and she said she left and the girl i was speaking with said she came in at 3 so it’s not her concern. I stated I would like my money back and she again said no refund, not our problem. I asked her what her name was and she hung up on me. I left a message on Christiana’s cell phone. Let’s see if I hear back from her or if the rude employee knows she doesn’t return calls. How awful for an establishment to treat people this way. $65.00 out the window since she had to scrub the tint off. Update: Christiana called me back to discuss the issue she was very rude to me and said she refunded the $25 and said I was lying and her employee would never talk to me like that. I asked her why she was so rude to me and she said I have a client coming in and I want this done. I said aren’t I a client and she would not discuss the behavior of the employee and I asked who the owner was and she said Mary. I asked Mary’s last name and she would not tell me. I would love to talk to her and let her know how her spa is running. I will be reaching out to the attorney General’s office for a full refund of my account balance and Also the better business bureau. Shame on them. My advice stay far away from this place"

"My husband and I both got deep tissues massages yesterday. It was one of the best couple massage experiences we have had. Patrick and Michelle were absolutely fantastic. Patrick worked with me and I honestly cannot believe how amazing I still feel. Michelle worked with my husband and he loved how at the end she provided personalized education on problem muscles. Both are incredibly talented, kind and honestly we would have hung out with them all day if we could- genuinely good people. Look forward to returning soon!"

"Michelle was very pleasant and she gave me a wonderful Swedish massage! Definitely coming back! I was worried, as it was my first time getting massaged, but she made me feel very comfortable. It’s a beautiful and clean establishment too. Everything was so nice there, I don’t have any complaints."
