"WORST DOCTORS & Nurses EVER ! They’re Disrespectful Don’t Read Results Or Call Back In A Timely Manner. Have a Serious Problem And Doctor Says She’ll Follow Up In 6Months But Mind You I Had An Appointment For Aug. She Disregarded That. They’re Terrible in the Office Too My 1st Visit They Treated an Elderly Woman Asking Why She’s Being Bill Very Disrespectfully And Rude that she ended up just walking out. NEVER have I been somewhere horrible."

"I have been seeing my NP here for 7 years (T1D for 25 years) and she is wonderful. I have also seen a couple of the doctors and they are also top notch. I would recommend this office to anyone. The standard of care here is excellent and they truly care about the well-being of their patients."

"I saw Dr. Gonzalez about 6 months ago. I've had hypothyroidism for nearly 5 years. He spent 20 minutes explaining how the thyroid works, which I already knew b/c I've had this disease awhile, and then he left without asking any questions about how I felt, etc. Additionally, I'm TTC and he told me I "needed to see a fertility specialist" b/c we've been trying a while without asking any additional questions. Not one question about my cycle, if I track ovulation, etc. Then my bloodwork showed a TSH of 8. He and the nurse assumed I wasn't taking my medication. When I told them I did every morning without eating at the same time, they said "oh well." (It's important for my TSH to be around 1 when TTC.) The practice didn't want to see me until six months later. My previous endo checked my levels every 3 months, and with a TSH of 8, she would have checked my levels immediately and then in a month. I told my PCP and she has experience managing thyroid, so she's managing my thyroid currently. When Capital area diabetes called to remind me of my follow-up, I cancelled and they said "Ok." No one asked me to reschedule or why I needed to cancel. When managing a chronic condition, a practice and/or doctor should be concerned when patients disappear."

"I have called and left messages repeatedly requesting a new patient appointment. My TSH is high and affecting my heart now. I let them know, both my GO and cardiologist are requesting that I see an endocrinologist. All my numbers are high, cholesterol, blood sugar, blood pressure is a mess. I have yet to receive a return call. I was lucky enough to find another endocrinologist, they answered the phone! Unbelievable after trying to call this place. If you are in a crisis situation, I would never recommend these people to my enemy. Very poor customer service and lack of concern for a person's health."
