"Great neurologists, but the office staff is horrible. The phone is NEVER answered, and it takes multiple phone calls, just to get a return call to make an appointment. When you do receive the "privilege" of a return phone call, do not expect courteous treatment. I was a healthcare provider for 40-years and a healthcare administrator for 25-years. I understand the challenges facing healthcare today better than many people. There is absolutely no excuse for uncaring, unresponsive, and unprofessional conduct."
"The main reason I am rating this practice so poorly is their absolutely terrible response time to phone messages. I tried for over a week to get a prescription refilled prior to leaving town for vacation. I left three messages at two different locations and no one responded, nor did I get the refill in time! I have also tried calling in the midst of a nearly weeklong migraine in the hopes of avoiding a trip to the ER to no avail. I left a detailed, distressing message requesting help...I received a call back 7 DAYS LATER. It's a shame as I really like Dr. Hart and Yvonne, the NP but I believe I will be looking elsewhere for care."
