"Both Dr.Adi’s are the best pediatricians in Albany. They are both welcoming, and take time to give the best care to all patients. They are always prompt with answering calls at any time of the day/night. I’m going to miss going to them next year Bec I’m now an adult."

"Absolutely terrible, the receptionist NEVER welcomes you, they're rude. The doctors and nurses don't seem to care how long you wait. They take you out of a waiting room with toys and cartoons to entertain the children only to put you in a small room to wait for the doctor for a long time! No one checks in on you, and when you ask them questions you just seem like a bother. I will NOT reccomend this place to ANYONE nor will I EVER be back. This place sucks! After finally an hour the doctor came in, told me it wasn't recommended that my child have his "binky" in after a year and I explained that today he's fine, he normally doesn't use it often anyways.. Doctor made a big deal out of the binky and after his first set of shots he took the binky out himself after i asked him not to do that he went on to give me attitude and ask me why I was getting so mad.. I told him do not take the binky out of my sons mouth and please justgive him his second set of shots, well the doctor seemed to have gotten offended and while my child is screaming and being held down the doctor took his sweet time to give him his scone set of shots.. Finally did so, then walked right out.. My son started bleeding after the shot was administored and no bandaids were put on them. When I got my son dressed to leave the staff closed all their doors and windows and had not said a single word to me again after that. Basically telling me I was no longer their patient which is FINE because I am NEVER going back. They only got a star because they make you put something."
