"Took 3 months to get in. Tried to find out cost beforehand and the staff stated it was impossible to give a rough estimate. Went in for my appointment where they gladly gave me an estimate, which was much more than I wanted to pay, and so I opted out of proceeding. Was a big waste of time and effort."

"My husband is out of his inhaler. Both him and myself called the office since it was a holiday they were closed..the answering service had Dr Patel call us back ..both my husband and myself tried to explain to this provider that he needed at least 1 refill to get him through the month He had nothing but excuses..he wouldn't or couldn't refill the medication as he claimed he didn't have his computer with hmmmm..really? Then why is he on call if he is not able to assist patients after hours, holidays or weekends. This provider and practice is a complete joke.... Oh, one more thing.... Ccp patient experience management team is an absolute joke.. If you follow the path through the comments or reviews, when there is an "unfavorable or negative response. They always copy and paste the same thing... to reach out to them by phone or email...don't hold your breath..if and when they do get back to you, they will have 99 excuses and ALWAYS takes the providers side.... their loyalties to patients and patient care in general is seriously lacking... Ccp as a entire practice or shall I say a "Business " is only after being paid by the insurance companies and taking co payments. So if you or anyone you know says they are going to ccp or a provider within ccp tell them to do their research, read the reviews...being someone with you to your appointment..advocate for yourself..they love to gaslight their patients..I could go on further..but you will get it...just read the reviews and do your research"

"I was referred to a pulmonologist by my primary care physician following Covid. ALL of the pulmonologists in this area are difficult to get an appointment with. I called in October of 2023 and some offices told me I could not be seen until April of 2024. I was able to get an appointment with DR. Patel in December 2023. Although this was longer than I wanted to wait I was very happy with DR. Patel. I thought he was thorough and kind. I only waited a short time in the waiting room and when I came back from a follow up xray he brought me in right away."

"My husband was involved in a automotive accident. He needed to see a pulmonary specialist. His accident was October 26. He was scheduled to go here 11/30 they called today to move his appointments until JANUARY of 2024. My husband has damaged to his LUNGS, he waited since October to be seen. This place does NOT care about those who really need to be seen and have a traumatic injury to their lungs. They will leave you suffering in pain instead. Now we have to find a different place thanks a lot for NOTHING! Avoid this place they do not care! Update: I responded back to their comment no response back. (NOT surprised)"

"Everytime I cone I wait an extensive amount of time to be seen. Today I spent an hour before I walked out. These doctors and these offices charge exorbitant amounts of money to insurance companies but have zero respect for your time. Won't be going back."
