"Booked for a minor ailment for my youngest. The staff was knowledgeable and courteous from start to finish. I made the appointment online and added the paperwork there so we barely had a wait before we got a room. I would 100% come back here and would recommend using this location."
"Would not recommend coming to this location or their Rotterdam location. Both places have had me wait for three hours each time I come for something. Then when I’m placed in a room, they do the usual blood pressure, height, and weight check and then I sit in the room for half an hour to an hour before the doctor comes in. Once I waited for 2 hours to get placed in a room and waited 40 minutes just to find that they don’t have a doctor on-site, only through a video conference where the nurse did most of the work screening my ears and throat. These guys are a waste of time and money and I do not want to ever end up in their care again."
"My appointment was the evening of January 16 2024. They took me to a room right on time. I could tell the room had just cleaned and readied for the next patient. The nurses were great and made me feel comfortable and relaxed. It was my first time experiencing a virtual appointment with a Dr. I was able to see her and talk to her on the computer screen. As we ran tests, I could see things like my ear drum or my throat etc, which is what she was seeing as well. The Dr took her time explaining what they were doing and why. She explained what she was looking at in my ears and throat and for the first time it made perfect sense. I felt part of the exam not just a patient. They all worked as a team. This virtual experience is a great one because you have a team from all over the country with many expertise working for your health."
"I have been to many urgent cares and this one is by far the best I've been to so far. I took my daughter here for a possible ear infection. I got in right away didn't wait long at all. Had tests done and got out within an hour. They were great with my daughter, seemed to care, and we're kind. Thank you keep up the great staff!!"
"I am amending my review after several more appointments. The care has been consistently good, but the billing is a nightmare. They billed our insurance company incorrectly on two separate occasions (two separate appointments) and then sent bills for services that our insurance is supposed to cover. The first time, we opted to just pay the bill. The second time (yesterday), we received a bill that had scare tactics -- a big red box threatening to send the bill to collections -- even though it was the first bill for this appointment. (And again, our insurance company would have covered this appointment if it had been billed correctly.) I tried calling the billing department twice and was put on hold for a very long time. Is anyone answering the phones? I also emailed the billing department and am waiting to hear back. There are other issues with the bill, as well. The amount due for the appointment was $230, but on the second page of the bill, it lists the patient balance (total amount due) as $460 with no math to show how that was calculated. It also lists a number of ways that the bill can be paid online, but when I enter the account number and birth date for the responsible party (the information requested for online bill pay), there is a message that it doesn't recognize the account! This is truly unacceptable, and our family will find another place to go for any urgent care needs. Update: Three weeks later, and billing never responded to my email. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and was told that WellNow would contact me directly, but that also has not happened."
