"Don't waste your time. I made an appointment, managed to schedule time off of work, and showed up 10 minutes earlier than the time my appointment reminder said to show up. When I got to the front desk, I was told that I "was not early enough" and there was not enough time for my appointment. They said there was nothing they could do and sent me home. They do not understand what time they want people to show up. I kept getting conflicting information. They also don't know what their address is. When asked to confirm the address over the phone, they said it was not 461 Clinton Street. I called to make another appointment, and they never got back to me. Due to the nature of my job, I couldn't schedule more time off and I have yet to be seen by a dermatologist. Thankfully, my problem seems to have gone away, no thanks to this incompetent office. Though, I can't imagine I would have gotten much insight, considering this facility couldn't even accomplish the simple task of scheduling."

"I have been dealing with a medical condition the past two weeks that has caused me to reach my limit with subpar care and subpar providers. I was so grateful to get in quickly to this practice as getting into a dermatologist is a challenge to say the least. I was in a room with a PA for less than 5 minutes who barely looked at me, barely asked questions - decided I needed a biopsy (which to be fair, is correct - I did need one), gave me all of the reasons why I could have it that day, and told me after the biopsy he would treat me with a med until the results came back, but ignored the fact I said this medication made it worse previously. When I asked if it could again- he said “it might.” Two weeks not feeling well, two weeks limited sleep - this was exactly what I did NOT need. I have had some wonderful PA’s, but at the same time ones like this one I am so sick of and are what make me request doctors. When they act like they are God’s gift and are the end all be all of everything. This one mentioned a few times how he has surgeries the next day (yes, I was terribly impressed). At one point he said I had told him anything like I had worked in the yard (as that could have potentially caused my condition), he didn’t ask! By some miracle I was lucky enough to get in with a doctor at another office (HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend Hudson Dermatology- worth the drive). He did a very comprehensive exam, did a biopsy on the spot (all the reasons I couldn’t have one here were wrong) and gave medication in the meantime to help. Said he would NOT prescribe what this PA was going to, because of the risk of making it worse. On a final note in this long, rambling review - when I called the office back to ask to see a doctor for a second opinion the receptionist gave me a hard time and acted like it was the end of the world she had to look. Too bad - it is my right to request a second opinion and ask for a new provider. Luckily, my new provider is at a totally different practice. Don’t settle for subpar medical care anywhere. Don’t ever let anyone make your health concerns feel irrelevant. We all pay too much to put up with that and our health matters a lot more then poor practices and providers and their egos."

"Bullies !! Bullies!! Run! They cancel you and terminate you if you ask any questions they don’t like. They make you wait there 2 hrs when u go there with an appointment, but if you are 2 minutes late, they will send you back home without seeing a doctor. Also there is never a doctor. The people who see you or treat you are not doctors or even nurses. One doctor own few many ( five) offices and he is always away at some tropical destination and some very unqualified ladies ( staff) run the show under his license at all locations. Every time you go there you have to see a non doctor, but you get billed for a doctor. The only doctor for the five locations is at some beach, enjoying sun. The rudest staff ever!"

"Horrible I was scheduled for 8 o’clock gps brought me to the wrong location making me 3 minutes late arriving when I arrived I fill out paperwork then they tell me my appointment is at 9am what a waste of time why would they schedule me at 8 and have me wait an hr. then they have about 4 entrance’s making it more frustrating especially when you think your-late to an 8 o’clock appointment they have no consideration and. Ps only 3 people in waiting room when I arrived.. and I’m late for other things I had planned thanks a lot I’ll be looking for other places"
